Indigo is an independently owned and operated endeavor which includes life and accountability coaching, consulting, photography, & hand made goods located in the heart of Downtown Tacoma.
Established in 2012, Indigo is an earth friendly and all encompassing space that fosters a feeling of acceptance, love and genuine expression.
In an effort to be involved in the growth of the community, Indigo supports other locally owned and operated small businesses and strives to be an important part of what it means to live, work and love being in Tacoma.

POLICIES
New Clients
All new clients are required to read in full and fill out any and all required forms associated with the requested appointment. Digital options will be messaged or emailed to you prior to your first service.
I am currently accepting new clients for Coaching, Consulting, and Photography services only.
Cancellations/No-Shows/Late Arrivals
All appointments cancelled or rescheduled within the hours and days 2 weeks (14 calendar days) prior to any scheduled appointment will require a cancellation/rescheduling fee of 100% of the services booked regardless of reason. Any future appointments will not be booked until the fee is paid in full. Any subsequent, pre-booked appointments will be cancelled if payment is not received in full within a week's (7 calendar days) time of notification of cancellation.
If you do not show up for your appointment and no notice is given, you will be invoiced and charged in full for all services booked.
Cancelling or rescheduling an appointment requiring a retainer will be considered a willful forfeiture of the retainer and a new retainer fee will be required previous to rescheduling.
More than one cancellation, no show, or reschedule without proper notice may result in requiring a non-refundable retainer for all future services booked or in Indigo no longer booking you as a client.
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, regardless of reason, you will be held to the standard of the above cancellation policy and will require the payment of said cancellation fee of 100% of your services booked. Any future appointments will not be booked until the fee is paid in full.
Gift Certificates
Purchased gift certificates do not expire. Purchased gift certificates are also non-transferable and non-refundable.
Gift certificates acquired by donation have a strict expiration date and typically expire 6 months from the date of the event unless otherwise indicated. Expired gift certificates will not be honored. If an expired certificate is presented, you will be required to pay for the cost of the service. Please check the expiration date prior to booking your appointment. Gift certificates acquired by donation are non-transferable & non-refundable.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I get a quote over the phone, via text, via email?
The best way to get a quote for services is to book a Discovery Call where we will discuss your needs as well as decided if we are a good fit for each other.
Parking? Where is the best place to park?
There is free, 2 hour street parking in front of the building along Court E and the surrounding blocks.
Can I bring my child/children with me to my appointment?
I do not allow unsupervised children in the studio, I have to ask for the safety and efficiency of your service that we eliminate as many distractions as possible. Unsupervised children can create an unsafe environment for a variety of reasons. If you are unable to secure child care during the time of your service, please feel free to reschedule and also please keep my cancellation policy in mind.
Can I bring my dog with me to my appointment?
No. Please apply the same
principle addressed in the above FAQ.
Service dogs are always welcome.
Please give proper notice before hand.
May I bring a guest with me to my appointment?
The short answer is, no. I have to ask, for the sake of safety and efficiency that guests of clients find elsewhere to wait during your appointment time.
Can I drop my child off for their appointment and pick them up when they are done?
Any person under the age of 18 must be supervised by a parent, guardian, or authorized adult.
